Knowledge of R2R concepts, processes, best practices and value addition process initiatives and execution, & Banking domain expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are desirous. Preferable Exposure to managing full close processes for a multi-national group. Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions. Having an audit experience will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexibility to work shifts & exposure to global customers.MBA Finance and Bachelors’ in Finance/Accounting 10 - 12 + years of overall finance experience. Finance or Accounts graduate.
