Your efforts make a real difference in the world of education. How can you make an impact: As a new Senior Accountant to join our team in Noida, India. You require strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail as you will be responsible for financial accounting tasks including month-end closing process, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting and audit functions. This role requires working in US business hours at least until noon/1 PM EST What you’ll need to be successful: • Assist with month-end close, GL account analysis, and journal entries (revenue, royalties, prepaid expenses, and accruals). • Support monthly/quarterly close processes and analyze large sets of data. • Contribute to audit documentation and streamlining finance operations. • Collaborate with external auditors and internal FP&A departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Ensure continuous improvements in accounting processes. • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely reporting and attention to details. We’re looking for someone with: • Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience. • Big 4 audit firm experience and involvement in European/US public company audits. • Strong understanding of financial controls and month-end processes. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, experience of Accounting ERP software, with Oracle SaaS Financials as an added benefit.
