We have an opportunity for a **Senior Account Manager** to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, to work in a fast-paced environment, tasked with achieving challenging targets through a proactive and dedicated approach to managing customer accounts and uncovering new sales opportunities. Where you will be responsible for preparing BMS quotations, effectively managing accounts and work with channel partners to build opportunities and close sales. The Account Manager must be highly self-motivated to achieve goals and targets of dedicated direct and indirect channel partners.
_This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model._

**Key responsibilities**
+ F2F and virtual customer visits
+ Supporting Partners in technical solutions
+ Generating qualified leads for the organization and closing these directly
+ Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities and wins
+ Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions
+ Working on key performance indicators as set by the Sales Manager
+ Supporting the organization’s revenue & profit growth strategies
+ Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customers
+ Establishing friendly professional relationships with prospects
+ Representing company on fairs and exhibitions
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ Deep knowledge of BMS / automation / HVAC (must have)
+ Excellent communication skills, Romanian and English language knowledge (must have)
+ Bulgarian language knowledge as a plus
+ Competent numeracy/commercial skills
+ Proven operational and organizational competencies
+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace
+ Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
+ Show persistence in the face of setbacks
+ Be able to demonstrate career ambition
