Sr Account Manager
• Actively connect with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the account portfolio. • Collaborate with clients to create dynamic and strategic account plans that align with their growth objectives. • Promote our products with enthusiasm, showcasing their benefits and ensuring customers understand how our solutions can meet their needs. • Participate in negotiations and successfully close deals that bring mutual benefits to the company and clients. • Maintain robust communication with internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement. • Promote and sell our DCS and QCS solutions, articulating their advantages in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing processes for clients. **YOU MUST HAVE** • Native level Japanese • Proven experience in sales and account management within the industrial automation sector or any precision measurement technology. • Strong and effective communication skills for building relationships and achieving desired outcomes. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in industrial automation. **WE VALUE** • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. • A strong passion for business development and achieving targets with a positive mindset towards growth. • Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within the organization.
