ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Ventures Strategy and Product Integration. 

 

This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our NY, NY office (530 7th Ave).

 

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and product-savvy Sr. Manager, Venture Strategy & Product Integration to join the ADP Ventures Partnerships team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing key startup partnership programs end-to-end - from defining strategic goals and business cases to working closely with ADP Product and Technology teams for successful product integration and with Business Unit teams to define go-to market strategy. The ideal candidate combines program management, strategic analysis, storytelling, and technical fluency to help shape and deliver high-impact venture collaborations. .

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management  Own and manage execution of strategic partnership programs with startups  Define success milestones, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables  Drive project planning, reporting, and stakeholder updates to ensure executional excellence  Financial & Strategic Analysis  Develop and validate business cases to assess impact of venture partnerships  Build Excel models to analyze ROI, revenue potential, and operational implications  Support go-to-market strategies with data-backed insights and forecasts  Research & Insights  Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategic fit of potential partnerships  Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic narratives  Prepare senior-level presentation materials that influence investment and partnership decisions  Stakeholder Coordination  Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and external startup teams  Align diverse stakeholders around program goals and partnership outcomes  Act as a liaison between ADP Ventures and internal product groups  Product Strategy  Understand ADP’s product landscape and roadmap to ensure strategic alignment  Participate in technical conversations with startup and ADP product teams  Provide product feedback and help shape integration plans that maximize client value

Qualifications 

5 years of experience in strategy consulting, product management, venture partnerships, or related fields  Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and delivering strategic outcomes  Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and market analysis  Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills for executive audiences  Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand product architecture  Experience working with or within startups and innovation ecosystems a strong plus  Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills  Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $91,900.00 - $246,240.00 / Year*
