Lead supplier quality, incoming inspection and PPAP. Ensure supplier quality performance and supplier COPQ/reimbursement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for supplier quality, handling supplier quality issues, follow-up the improvement actions to improve supplier quality performance..
• Supplier technical audit/visiting to ensure supplier following the quality requirement
• Supplier COPQ and reimbursements
• Manage incoming inspection.
• Manage supplier part PPAP 
• Change request from supplier/ Handle supplier requests of waivers.
• Backfill for line quality

What We're Looking For Bachelor or above degree, with more than 3 years experience of quality relate work, supplier quality is prefered. Knowledge of quality tool: PFMEA, CP, 8D, etc. Knowledge and experience on ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO50001/ISO14001 Experience of compressor product is prefered Expert in casting/machining is prefered English can be used as working language What You'll Get from Us
