Job Responsibilities:

Education/Certification/Licensure:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of production supervisory experience or a minimum of five (5) years of team leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing facility.JIT experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels and departmentsExcellent problem solving and leadership skillsDetail oriented and excellent documentation skillsWorking knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelinesWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various manufacturing softwareAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:
