Role Overview

Work by anticipation to assess and identify risks for activities and manage associated mitigation actions. Establish and manage activities while motivating counterparts to meet project targets. Keep all parties informed regarding ongoing activities status and advise the Delivery Lead on logistics and services. Promote a safety culture within the project and ensure compliance with HSEQ rules. Supervise day-to-day activities and witness contractor’s/subcontractors’ operations. Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies E&P & Project specifications, safety, and environmental procedures. Monitor and report working practices of contractors/subcontractors as necessary. Participate in relevant meetings related to project reporting, fabrication, and operations. Ensure all relevant tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated, and certified. Manage workshop activities to align with project planning requirements. Oversee equipment failure investigations and contractor’s root cause analysis. Ensure the SPS contractor equipment inventory is updated according to project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

SPS or Subsea Production Systems expertise. Fluent in English. Strong observation and testing skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects related to SPS manufacturing. Good knowledge of oil production site logistics.
