Pay: $25.00 per hour

About the Job 

As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you would be responsible for the general administrative functions of a Retail Field Sales team. This temp-to-perm role will work closely with internal customers to ensure routine departmental deadlines are met, plus maintain and update the Operations-related database(s).

Job Description:

Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal teamsCommunicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholdersContribute to a positive new hire experience by entering accurate and detail-oriented dataMaintain excellent data integrity within all operations-related systemsManage and troubleshoot access to all operations-related systemsEnsure new agent information is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniforms, tablets, lanyards, toolkits, system usernames/passwords, etc)Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondenceEffectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheetsPerform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Advanced administrative skillsHigh-level Excel knowledge with V-lookup, formulas, and workbooksSalesforce or similar CRM experience preferredData analysis experience is a PLUS!Work within a team environment
