Job Title: SPPID Drafter

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SPPID Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and drafting of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) using SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) software. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality, efficient, and precise engineering design services across various projects.

Responsibilities:

Create and modify Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) using SPPID software. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver accurate designs. Participate in the digital delivery of projects. Maintain organized records of all design drafts and revisions. Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineers or architects. Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations. Ensure all drawings adhere to established specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or above in Chemical Process or Mechanical Engineering. Over 5 years of experience in medium to large design institutes. Experience in drafting P&ID for small to medium-sized projects. Proficiency in SPPID, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Familiarity with project design procedures and design standards (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, etc.). Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. Willingness to be dispatched overseas if required.
