Job Description

As a Spotify Support Superstar, you’ll be the voice behind the music, ensuring top-tier support for users. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting users via email and web messaging with their inquiries and concernsResolving account and payment issues smoothly and efficientlyAnswering “How to” and FAQ questions with clarity and confidenceTroubleshooting and fine-tuning the Spotify experience for our customers

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1 level) and English (B2 or above) Valid EU work permit – required to work in BulgariaAvailability to work flexible shifts, including weekendsPrevious customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreakerExcellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone soloA positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
