• Ensure alignment of athletics messaging with the College's brand identity and messaging strategy through collaboration with the Office of Marketing and Communication.

• Manage communication and promotional efforts for the Athletics Hall of Fame and serve on the HOF Board.

• Maintain and regularly update the official athletics website in collaboration with the college’s web team and coaching staff.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of printed and digital game-day programs, including a printed football program and digital programs with QR code access for all other sports.

• Manage the athletics department’s presence across multiple social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content. • Produce high-quality live video and audio streams for home athletic events.

• Coordinate and manage media operations and staffing for approximately 150 home athletic events each academic year.

• Provide real-time statistical coverage and game reporting using NCAA-approved scoring software.

• Ensure quality event presentation and live coverage that reflects positively on the college and its athletics programs.

• Hire, train, mentor and supervise student workers and sports information staff.

• Coordinate athletics-related communications to internal and external audiences, including alumni, prospective students, parents, local media, and the campus community.

• Manage special events and related media logistics as needed.

• Facilitate the use of internal and external vendors and technology to support communication goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
