Job Description

 

To assist Guest on various sports / fitness activities.To assist and conduct on various sports events / activities  Ensure the cleanliness of the sports equipment and facilities and maintains Office related documents on a daily basis when and where required.Provide maintenance information to the supervisor accurately.Ensure that sports facilities and surrounding are kept clean and neat at all times.Handle resort properties in a proper manner and handle with care at all times.To operate and maintain sufficiently sports related equipment and machineryTo perform duties relevant to the proper functioning and upkeep of sports facilities throughout.To maintain contact and communication ensuring that all aspects of job description are carried out. Handling resort properties properly and handling of the Office equipment follow preventive maintenance procedures.Attend any social or promotional gatherings, staff activities, training or general work the department or management may hold.Provide miscellaneous clerical guest services where appropriate.Should attend the customers in need and if unable to attend should be reported to the superiors.

Education

Minimum: GCE O’ Level

Experience

Minimum: 1 year’ experience in the field is desired
