Commercial Operations Lead - Money20/20 Europe

Drive the success of world-class fintech events

Are you ready to shape the future of fintech events? As our Commercial Operations Lead, you'll be at the heart of Money20/20 Europe, orchestrating exceptional experiences for sponsors and attendees alike.

What you'll do

Lead our commercial operations, developing efficient processes that drive creativity and transparencyCreate and manage commercial inventory, maintaining strong product knowledge and ensuring healthy marginsOwn the commercial operations budget, providing clear reporting on cost margins for all inventory elementsBuild strong relationships with our sales team, offering guidance and resources for their successOversee the exhibit hall, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors and attendeesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage processes, systems, and reporting effectivelyDeliver white-glove service to clients, finding innovative solutions that align with business objectivesManage the Europe Commercial Operations teamSupport global Commercial Operations Leads on other Money20/20 shows

Your impact

You'll play a pivotal role in both the preparation and on-site delivery of Money20/20 Europe, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Your expertise will also contribute to the success of Money20/20 events worldwide.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

Experience in large-scale, complex, high-end event operationsProven ability to manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholdersStrong budget management and reporting skillsConfidence in leading meetings, engaging with clients, and handling challenging conversationsSelf-motivation and resilience, thriving in fast-paced environmentsAdaptability in managing changes to sponsorship packages, budgets, and deliverablesEfficiency, proactivity, and attention to detailCollaborative spirit and ability to drive projects from sale to delivery
