Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission:

As part of the Sponsorship, Donations and Corporate Membership (SDM) team within  the Airbus Communications and Sustainability function, your mission will be to support and develop the SDM activity. This mission will include:

SDM requests assessment (events evaluation)

Enforce the SDM framework and processes

Development of the existing tools, applications and presentations

Support users in the creation, management of their requests

In addition you will have a role of key reference regarding knowledge and expertise on both SDM, Procurement and E&C policies 

Finally this mission will include the measurement and monitoring of KPI related to the performance of the SDM activity.

 

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

Communication and data management knowledge 

Ethic and Compliance skills knowledge 

Cross-functional / multicultural experience

Tools: Sheet / Slides / Doc / Data studio; SAP as a plus 

Languages: English fluent, French/Spanish/German as plus

Rigorous / structured
