From Hogarth Madrid, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing advertising projects, capable of handling high workloads and leading the execution of multichannel campaigns.
Responsibilities
Oversee campaigns across digital formats, event concepts, print materials, activations, merchandising, banners, and other deliverables
Receive complex briefings, break them down into specific tasks, and align deliverables with client divisions and guidelines
Prioritize and distribute up to 15–20 daily requests among the team, ensuring tight deadlines are met
Serve as the main point of contact, understanding strategic goals, timelines, and expectations
Lead the upload and management of advertising assets on the web portal, ensuring quality and alignment with client standards
Manage short- to medium-term campaigns, with occasional long-term projects when needed
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within advertising agencies
Familiarity with digital deliverables, events, activations, merchandising, and printed materials
Proven ability to effectively manage large workloads
Clear communication skills, professional client handling, and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent/native English
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
