**Job Summary**
+ The purpose of this role is to lead Contract Logistics Operation in efficient and effective way while meeting customers’ demand in various aspects.
+ He/She must proactively contribute to the team and actively committed to the team development/clean environment.
+ He/She analyzes and responds to customers’ requests, resolves customer issues, conducts research, prepares reports, and identifies account penetration opportunities.
+ He/She must be meticulous, able to communicate effectively and possess good planning & organizational skills in order to fulfill requirements of this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily operation including inbound, outbound, and periodic count according to SOP/WI
+ Responsible for handling with inventory management related with assigned daily operation.
+ Deliver quality service and communicate with customers and respond to customer's inquiries when required in a timely manner
+ Escalate complex issues/inquiries to Team Lead/Supervisor
+ Documentation and Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to Team Lead/Supervisor
+ Follow and develop standard procedures and complying with internal QMS, rules and regulations.
+ Perform proper tasks including documentation etc. required for management of the center.
+ Perform a clean and safe working environment.
+ May assist billing and prepare payment documents
+ May ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Qualification**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferred)
+ Minimum 1 years of work experience in logistics industry (preferred)
+ Decent English skill especially in reading and writing (preferred)
+ Close workplace from Residence (preferred)
+ SAP experience (preferred)
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Analytical and numerical approach
+ Organizational and Teamwork mindset
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Good IT skills, MS Office application especially Excel, knowledge of warehouse management systems
+ Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure
**Working Hours / Location**
+ 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00 – 18:00, except Public Holiday)
+ Lunch Time : 12:00 – 13:00
+ Mallidong-1ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea
