**About the role**
As a Spiff Solution Architect, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing Spiff’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to meet client needs. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
**In this role, you will:**
· - Design and implement scalable and efficient Spiff SPM solutions aligned with business goals.
· - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· - Configure Spiff systems including rule creation, workflow automation, and reporting.
· - Integrate Spiff with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle.
· - Lead technical discussions and provide strategic guidance on compensation management solutions.

**What you need to have to be considered**
• 3+ years of experience in Spiff implementation, configuration, or solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of sales compensation plans, incentive structures, and commission models.
• Hands-on experience in Spiff administration, rule creation, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and API-based integrations.
• Experience integrating Spiff with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
**These will help you stand out**
• Experience with other Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools, such as Xactly or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms and data visualization tools.
**Benefits:**

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
