Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
?? Elementary | Washington State ??? 2025–2026 School Year | Full-Time | In-Person
Amergis is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred) to join a supportive special education team serving students across 2 Elementary Schools. This full-time, in-person role offers a structured schedule, collaborative environment, and a meaningful caseload of K–6 students.
?? Position OverviewThe SLP will:
Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services per individualized plans of care
Document progress and collaborate with educators and families
Support a caseload of approximately 50 students across two elementary campuses
Participate in district training and professional development days
?? Key DetailsStart Date: August 25, 2025
Contract Length: 42 weeks (through June 16, with possible extension to June 24 for snow make-up days)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM – 3:50 PM
Hours/Week: 37.5
Modality: In-person only
Caseload: 50 students (K–6)
Training: August 22 (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
PD/Building Days: August 25–28
First Day of School: September 3
?? CompensationPay Rate: $65–$80/hour (based on experience and credentials)
? Minimum RequirementsActive SLP licensure in Washington
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by district)
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening and health certificate (as required)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
