Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annualized (W2, we handle withholdings so you don’t have to) Benefits: Medical, dental and vision, as well as accrued PTO, an employee assistance program and 401k Weekly pay via direct deposit No-cost, rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks) Paid state-mandated trainingWhat You Will Do
Provide speech-language screenings, evaluations and therapy services for qualifying students Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and special education staff to deliver whole-child support Build rapport with students and staff to create a safe, encouraging learning environment Support implementation of IEP and BIP plans and services (If applicable) Supervise SLPAsWhat You Will Need
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in final stages of completion) Active California SLP License, SLP-CF status, or eligibility to apply Passion for student growth, collaboration, and inclusive practices Must be located in commutable distance to San Francisco Bay Area, United StatesAbout Scoot Education
