Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language services through individual and small-group therapy to support students' access to the curriculum and communication success. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and write legally defensible reports. Develop and implement speech-language goals aligned with student needs and IEP requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and service providers to create and maintain meaningful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Engage with families to support generalization of skills and offer strategies for home and classroom environments. Receive structured mentorship, feedback, and supervision to support ASHA CF completion and long-term professional growth.
