Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based | Cedar Park & Austin, TX Start Date: ASAP | End Date: May 23, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 37 Hours/Week Modality: In-Person Only | Therapy-Focused Role Grade Levels: K–12
We are hiring two Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to provide school-based therapy services for students across all grade levels. These positions are strictly therapy-focused and will support students at designated campuses in Cedar Park and Austin, TX. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
+ Conduct treatment sessions and assist with documentation
+ Collaborate with educators and school teams to support student progress
+ Maintain compliance with all professional and district standards
Minimum Requirements:
+ Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders
+ Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
+ Current SLPA certification/licensure in Texas
+ One year of prior SLPA experience preferred
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ One SLPA at Cedar Park
+ One SLPA at Austin
