Responsibilities: + Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies. + Provide therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress. + Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. + Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals. + Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy through professional development.
