Specimen Processor

Description

Th eSpecimen processor will receive samples, open boxes, organize workspace. The Specimen Processor will enter all patient demographic and testing information into LIS system, label all samples for testing, and run automated aliquoting equipment. Specimen processors will check samples and requisition forms for adequacy and flag any discrepancies or issues.Perform pipetting and handling of patient blood samples Run aliquoting equipment Perform Sample PrepPatient data entry into LIS systemRunning automated equipment and incubatorsAccurate labeling of patient samplesFollowing daily decontamination protocolHandling problem resolution upon receipt of information from the Customer Care teamOrganizing and restocking of all lab supplies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
