If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development. **Job Overview:** The Specimen Management Associate is responsible for assisting with routine activities involving the receipt, storage, and shipment of clinical specimens, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines. **What you’ll be doing:** + Assist with receipt of consignments and shipments, including quality checks of patient info forms, escalating issues as needed. + Conduct secondary checks to ensure no specimens are left in kit packaging, and manage disposal or recycling of kit shipping supplies. + Handle shipping for long-term storage, client sample disposition, and receipt of compounds or control materials as required by the functional area. + Support after-hours alarms and perform critical job functions, along with assisting in equipment maintenance. + Maintain workstation cleanliness, manage supply inventory, and organize work areas as directed by management. + Perform administrative duties, follow safety procedures, and participate in continuing education opportunities. + Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines. **What We Are Looking For:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and workflow control, along with strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and client collaboration. **The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:** + Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle specimens accurately and maintain workflow. + Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Familiarity with safety protocols and handling procedures in laboratory settings. + Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards. **What We Offer You:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.  We invest in integrated benefits programs and resources to take care of our employees’ physical, mental, and emotional, financial, and social well-being so they can thrive at home and at work, at any stage of their well-being journey.
