What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Engage in activities related to the distribution and order centers' receipt and fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring efficient processes and procedures.

Coordinate the shipment of products to global markets and manage the order fulfillment process, including budget management and reporting.

Contribute to moderately complex projects, manage your time effectively, and develop short-term work plans.

Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and follow up with action plans to improve service.

Analyze transactions for errors, re-process corrected transactions, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.

Provide deduction resolution, assist with credit-held orders, and manage escalations for order issues and customer complaints.

Support various initiatives and projects within Customer Service, including compliance efforts and providing analytical support to management and brands.

Perform ongoing master data maintenance, manage purchase opportunities, ensure timely application of import/export licenses, and provide ad hoc reporting to upper management and Brand Teams.

Basic qualifications

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience.

Strong background in operating within a GMP/GDP environment.

Previous experience in the Pharma industry.

Proficiency in System Application and Products knowledge.

Solid understanding of import and customs clearance activities.

Excellent communication skills and a high level of English proficiency.

Good command of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting and working on computer for extended periods

Communicate w/customers via phone and email.

SAP and Microsoft office, specifically Excel, industry knowledge regarding customer classification and functionality, knowledge of basic pricing/contracting strategies, awareness of regulatory issues concerning shipping and storing pharmaceutical product.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Limited travel required. Flexibility required to work outside of business hours when necessary.

Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

This position is hybrid remote (in office 2-3 times per week as well as for business critical meetings as communicated by Management) Tuesdays are mandatory onsite days.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77 100,00 to $128 500,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7,5% of the base salary.
