Educational Requirements:
A doctorate or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education. Successful completion of a residency program preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing pharmacistPreferred Qualifications:

Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire date.
