We are looking for a Specialty Leasing Coordinator to join our shopping centre management team. In this position, you are responsible for maximizing the revenue and continuously developing the concept of Specialty Leasing in our shopping centres in Finland. Common area leasing will be one of your main responsibilities including pop-ups, short-term promotions and events. Your day-to-day work will include planning, identifying, negotiating, reporting, contacting potential customers, and following up on different types of leads. You will also be managing existing Specialty Leasing agreements and keeping good relationships with contractors. You will also negotiate contract terms and prepare the agreements for new clients.
