Quanex is looking for a Specialty Department Machine Operator to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, pay based on experience

In this role, you will set-up, operate, and verify quality of work which will consistently meet production standards and qualifications.  This can include running equipment such as table saws, shapers, routers, assembly clamps, drill machines and sanders to name a few.

What Success Looks Like:

Set-Up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine. Ability to train others as requested. Accurately, thoroughly, and legible completes all documentation related to the position. Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines. Monitors product to ensure that quality standards are being met. Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.

Your Credentials:

High School or equivalent education 6 months of related machine operating experience. Ability to read blueprints and measuring instruments. Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration. Attention to detail.
