Join our dynamic team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact transformation projects across a range of sectors, including banking, financial services, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), industrial goods, and energy. As a Specialized Consultant, you will:

Provide expert consultation on transformation projects, including developing case proposals, and ensuring efficient project management.Engage proactively with key client stakeholders across industries, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear communication.Report project progress regularly to leadership, delivering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.Contribute to the successful execution of key project modules, ensuring alignment with objectives and maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Bring

What You’ll Bring

3–10 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.Experience in sectors such as banking & financial services, government (SOEs), Industrial Goods, or Energy, with demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.A track record of involvement in long-term transformation, operational improvement, or implementation initiatives is highly valued.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong drive for professional and personal growth.
