Specialized Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialized Claims Adjuster to join our client’s team. This role is essential for effectively managing and resolving claim cases while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Job Responsibilities Investigate, assess, and evaluate claims to determine the validity and extent of coverage. Review and analyze policy details and claims documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and insurance agents to gather necessary information and documentation. Negotiate settlements and coordinate with legal teams when necessary. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all claims activities and decisions. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring outstanding customer service. Keep updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Train junior staff on claims processing and evaluation techniques as required. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional certification in claims adjusting (e.g., AIC, CPCU) is preferred. Desired Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in claims adjusting or a similar role is required. Proven experience in managing complex claims and conducting thorough investigations.
