KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\nEnsure the seamless, efficient, and high-quality operation of the speciality restaurant, consistently meeting and exceeding brand standards.\nLead, mentor, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high professional standards.\nCurate an outstanding dining experience for guests through impeccable service, ambiance, and food and beverage presentation.\nManage the restaurant's inventory, control operational costs, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability targets.\nCollaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate menus, ensuring diverse, high-quality offerings that meet guest expectations.\nMaintain strict compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and relevant licensing regulations within the restaurant.\n\nWHO YOU ARE:
\n\nA hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury restaurant management or F&D management.\nA natural leader who motivates teams to exceed expectations and grow professionally.\nExceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.\nGuest-centric with strong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAdaptable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering unforgettable service experiences.\nFinancially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and maximizing revenue.\nFluent in English; additional languages are a plus\n\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
