This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect located in Panama City. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing complex technology solutions, consulting with clients to understand their needs, developing system integration plans, and optimizing business processes. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
 

 

Responsibilities:

Designs, implements, and supports technical solutions to meet specific client needs. Work closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams to understand requirements Develop customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering Meet with clients to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and specific requirements for hardware and software solutions. Create and deliver technical presentations to showcase proposed solutions and explain how they meet client needs. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their technical questions and providing support throughout the sales process. Solution Design and Development Design and develop customized IT solutions, considering factors like existing infrastructure, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Create detailed specifications, diagrams, and other technical documentation to support the design and implementation process.  Work collaboratively with other engineers, developers, and project managers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. They install, configure, and test hardware and software components to ensure they function as expected. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify potential improvements and innovations. Gather feedback from clients and other stakeholders to refine solutions and ensure they meet evolving needs. contribute to the improvement of internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 

Qualifications

Expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration Experience in Consulting and understanding client needs Proficiency in technology implementation Knowledge of Business Process optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English / Spanish) Ability to work on-site in Panama City and to travel regionally  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Professional Cybersecurity, Networking or Data Center certification Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
