Position Summary:

This role is responsible for executing and enhancing key talent and learning processes across LATAM, in alignment with Donaldson’s global framework. It contributes to building successor readiness, strengthening leader effectiveness, and accelerating critical capability development, while also supporting the execution of global Talent & Development initiatives and projects that impact the broader organization.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the execution of the Talent Review process and facilitate Talent Discussions across LATAM, including tracking agreed-upon actions and ensuring timely follow-up.Execute the Performance Management cycle across LATAM, ensuring consistency and on-time completion of milestones.Provide support and drive leadership development initiatives, in alignment with Donaldson’s global programs.Generate and maintain process and program metrics, as well as produce additional insights for continuous improvement.Develop and deliver learning solutions and resources that support both global and regional needs.Design and implement the regional learning plan based on business priorities.Support the Employee Experience & Engagement strategy in coordination with HRBPs.Partner with HRBPs/COEs to align T&D initiatives with business goals.Contribute to the execution of global T&D processes and projects, ensuring adoption across LATAM and sharing local best practices.Manage communications and change management materials (guides, one-pagers, FAQs, campaigns).

Travel: Up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Education, or related field.5+ years of experience in Talent & Development/Talent Management/HR with proven expertise in executing Performance Management, Learning and Talent Review processes.Experience in instructional design and in developing/implementing training programs and learning plans (both in-person and virtual), including training facilitation skills.Advanced English; Advanced skills in Excel; Exposure to corporate LMS platforms; experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in multicultural environments and with distributed teams.Strong skills in data-driven analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Storytelling skills to communicate insights and influence multiple audiences.Background in multisite settings and regional projects.Experience in change management and survey tools.Certification in CoachingCustomer-focused
