The Position

We have an exciting opportunity within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Transformation & Performance Analytics team as Specialist Performance Analytics.


You will report to the Associate Director Global Performance Analytics and will be part of a global team that works hard to lead Organon into the modern data-driven, fact-based and optimal decision-making world. 

In this role, you will work with your team to define the performance reporting standards required for the SCM & SCO organization, you will own the responsibility of maintaining and continuously improving our performance analytics products (i.e. Power BI dashboards, Snowflake data lake, etc.) and you will take part in some of our most innovative and future-looking projects that intend to build our new Ways of Working (WoW) regarding performance management and analytics reporting.

You will work in a global team with a very dynamic environment and with key stakeholders from different levels and nationalities.


Additionally, the incumbent will look for opportunities to experiment and leverage new analytical techniques and tools that drive a culture of innovation at Organon and within the OMS organization. 
 
The location of this position is in Europe, preferably Zagreb or Prague. 

Responsibilities

The SCM Transformation & Performance Analytics department is part of the Supply Chain Management division within the company’s Manufacturing and Supply (OMS). The department is responsible for creating and maintaining SCM dashboards and the analytics platform CANDOR. 

The SCM Transformation & Performance Analytics team leads a community of experts who partner with the business to:

Enhance stability and responsiveness of supply chain processesDeliver strategic programs and drive a culture of innovationCultivate a global community that works together to meet the needs of the businessThe People:Everyone works collectively and openly to deliver against key objectivesSharing of knowledge and supporting one another is core to our successMain responsibilities Creation of actionable dashboards & visualize data in a clear, accurate and user-friendly wayYou will help connect several data sources and combine them into a data model enabling smart decision-making for the business organizationDesign, build and manage the Performance Analytics solutions (i.e. Power BI Dashboards, Snowflake data lake environment, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint sites, SharePoint etc.)Create and maintain the multiple technical documents of the Performance Analytics solutions such as system architecture design, system technical sheets or KPI / metric definitions workbooks (incl. calculation formulas, hit & miss definition or color-coding rules) Interact with the SCM Center of Excellence (CoE) to align on performance analytics priorities and build the central “one source of truth” data, analytics and dashboard repository solution for OrganonLeverage new and existing tools/methodologies and data sources to support analytical projects and prepare data to support the development of information models to prove or disprove project hypotheses. Creates actionable insights and understanding, through the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, building recommendations that directly address business objectives. Develop and maintain metrics, while using data science concepts to engineer data and statistical models, algorithms, and toolsets to support and continuously improve analytics aligned with business priorities Focus on the overall user experience to data and analytics consumption that is design orientated and enables users to derive insights quickly and effectively. Remain current with industry best practices and trends, identifying and piloting experimental opportunities that advance the use of analytics at Organon. 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems TechnologyExperience in data preparation and data warehousing projectsAnalytics Experience Experience in Microsoft BI stack with Power BIFamiliarity with scripting and programmingAdvanced Excel, VBA and Power BI skillsUnderstanding of building analytics solutions from big data sets and platforms with demonstrated problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communicator, collaborator Result oriented and \"creative can-do\" mentality Comfortable with fast evolving and changing landscape Analytically strong with an excellent feel for translation to business Able to dig deep in technology without losing focus on business outcomes Self-steering Tech Savvy and Eager to learn and not afraid of the unknownOutside the box thinker in terms of digital transformation of enterprise Landscape 

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

Preferred experience with complex pharmaceutical supply chain and logistic models.
