Job Description
Responsible for managing personnel administration activities across Latin America, ensuring the execution of internal HR processes and supplier interactions. Leads and supports systemic and procedural improvement projects to ensure data quality and consistency of employee information, promoting excellent service delivery.ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Administration:Execute hiring and employee movement processes, ensuring legal compliance and accurate payroll system data entry.Manage monthly working hours calculation, vacation scheduling, and related support.Support payroll needs and compliance in each country.Act as a business partner with other HR areas, sharing knowledge and supporting special demands.Supplier Management:Support benefits supplier management, ensuring quality and process compliance.Manage payments and ensure consistency of information between internal systems and suppliers.Processes and Projects:Lead and support personnel administration improvement projects.Ensure proper functioning of integrations between Workday and payroll systems, monitoring and proposing improvements to guarantee data integrity.Mandatory RequirementsHave a completed bachelor degree.Experience in personnel administration.Solid knowledge of Latin American labor legislation, especially Brazilian law.Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.Experience with Workday, ADP, and ServiceNow systems is a plus.Ability to work in matrix structures and handle unforeseen situations.Continuous improvement mindset, organized, and assertive communication.Results-oriented, team player, and customer-focused.Current Employees apply HERE
