Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager of Digitalization to join our team. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing digital strategies to drive transformation across various areas of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall digitalization roadmap for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Derive a global approach to organizational digitalization, including strategy formulation and execution, and contribute to defining and implementing roadmaps for assigned areas. Define and govern overarching structures and guidelines based on Business, Data, and IT dimensions, ensuring integration in all digitalization activities. Design and guide the implementation of digitalization and IT policies, guidelines, programs, and standards to drive transformation. Plan and manage budgets for digitalization projects, ensuring the effective use of resources. Monitor the effectiveness of digitalization initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Drive innovative topics for the global digital lighthouse facility, enhancing digital capabilities and fostering innovation. Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Machine Learning or related discipline Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
