Your Key Responsibilities Support productivity and cost improvement studies, including Method Time Measurement (MTM), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), value stream mapping, ergonomics analysis, time studies, line balancing, and digital workshops. Provide input on functional strategies and ensure their implementation across various regions and divisions. Communicate with the production shop floor to identify optimization opportunities and implement digital solutions. Enhance plant layouts and planning using digital tools such as Navvis and DMU. Improve processes and quality through process monitoring, vision AI, and other process improvement methods. Achieve local and regional digital KPIs, including machine connectivity, automation percentages, and digital ratio savings. Coordinate, plan, and support autonomous solutions like cobots and AGVs in high labor content areas. Serve as the first point of escalation for troubleshooting and support of digital and autonomous solutions, including cobots, AGVs, RFID, and AR/VR technologies. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent education and demonstrated competency Knowledge in software implementation, IoT devices and/or automation implementation Experience in industrial manufacturing or similar environment External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
