Your Key Responsibilities Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process. Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.). Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes. Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions. Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier. Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization. Your Qualifications
Minimum:
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Three (3) years Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is a plus. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Poweroint), with the ability to read and analyze reports External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
