About the Role
Responsible to ensure all required management reporting and analysis are provided to local business unit and Group Office on timely and accurately in accordance to with Group reporting procedures.Job Description:
Responsible to prepare management report on daily, monthly and quarterly basis on timely manner submitted to local business unit for review and to Group office.
Support local business unit in management reporting processes and prepare daily and monthly files and templates upload into BPC system.
Prepare and send weekly dashboard files to actuarial and management team on timely basis.
Support local business unit on management reporting initiatives including automation. Coordinate with various departments and Group Office to ensure success rolling out of the initiatives. Responsible to prepare and update Business Process Manual (BPM) and Training Materials (TM)at least on an annual basis and when any enhancement/initiatives identified and implemented.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor/manager in order to meet financial reporting and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years and above of experience in financial reporting related field in an MNC
Experience in a shared services or similar environment providing reporting and analysis services to external/internal stakeholders
University Degree in accountancy or Accounting Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA)
Currently pursuing Internationally Recognized Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA)
Knowledge of accounting standards and principles
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Knowledge in the preparation of management and financial reports and analysis
Knowledge of how the SAP, Business Intelligence and data management tools, Power BI and familiar with using the systems is an added advantage.
