-Position:Second (2nd) Shift Quality Technician I

\n

-Shift: 3:00pm –; 11:30pm, Monday-Friday

\n

-Pay:$21.00per hour

\n

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the followingskills:Supply Chain,Quality Control, Auditing, ProductCompliance,Material or ProductInspection

\n

Aminimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the following:

\n

-Ensure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound departments and ensuring allproduct isfree of damageor defect.

\n

-Auditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy

\n

-Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, andshippingaddress of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.

\n

-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.

\n

-Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

\n

Role Purpose:

Coordinate quality assurance activities for multiple clients. Accommodate request for regulatory and quality support from site(s). Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit info to the customer. Act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

Perform internal audits, assessments, and quality inspections of Rework activities.Manage the document control process.Assist manager in developing and implementing quality related training programs for field operations.Assist Manager during regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause, select andexplain the best solution, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain customer records and update account information.Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with ordermanagement and product management.Perform other duties as assigned.Fulfill US Qualified Person responsibilities.Release of IMP’s.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or EquivalentAssociate degree OR equivalent in related field of study, preferred2 years related experience, preferred
