Promotion: Specialist - Project Management (PMO)

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible in logging access request - creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and access rights both voice and non-voice operations. Ensuring users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilitiesAdhering to established policies and procedures for user access management ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures for user access management. Maintain and update UAP documentation and records Track access progress and report on milestonesCoordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team membersIdentify and help resolve project issues and risksProvides support in the form of on-demand expertise, templates, best practices, access to information and expertise to projects as required by the Project LeadWill work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address any issues that may ariseCommunicate project and program status updates to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring transparency and alignment

Basic Qualifications:

At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role.Preferably with experience using IDM, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
