**Promotion:** Specialist - Project Management (PMO)
**Location:** BGC, Taguig City
**Work Setup:** Full Onsite
**Schedule:** Night Shift
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible in logging access request - creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and access rights both voice and non-voice operations. Ensuring users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilities
+ Adhering to established policies and procedures for user access management ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures for user access management.
+ Maintain and update UAP documentation and records
+ Track access progress and report on milestones
+ Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members
+ Identify and help resolve project issues and risks
+ Provides support in the form of on-demand expertise, templates, best practices, access to information and expertise to projects as required by the Project Lead
+ Will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise
+ Communicate project and program status updates to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring transparency and alignment
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role.
+ Preferably with experience using IDM, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
+ Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
