The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
Who you will work with
The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Professional Development (PD) processes for BCN staff. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing PD initiatives, ensuring timely and effective support across the employee performance management cycles. The role will also encompass responsibilities related to training and development, as assigned or evolving with team needs.
About you
Education:– MBA (HR) preferred with 5–7 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to a consulting environment is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR functions, including performance management, policy implementation, data analysis, and process design.Proficient in Advance Excel, Power point, with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reportingEffective communication with problem resolving outlookHigh level of attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative team spirit.Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment with great amount of professionalismWhat you’ll do
Support with performance reviews that drives high performance culturePrepare and implement the mid-year and annual PD calendars, prepare base data files, eligibility data, and cycle-specific inputs.Maintain and manage PD-related data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to review timelines.Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor PD metrics and progress tracking.Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to PD processes with professionalism and sensitivity.Support with annual compensation benchmarking exercise including coordination with the vendor, analyzing JDs, identifying key roles, mapping market data etc.Identify and deploy process automation in partnership with other stakeholders wherever possible.Collate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with internal teams.Support in driving mentor-mentee program and trainings
