To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for a committed Specialist Procurement (m/f/d), initially on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your varied activities include

Independently obtaining and reviewing quotesCollaborating with product management or relevant departments on product launchesPlacing orders (for both stock-managed and non-stock-managed items)Invoice verification and approvalHandling supplier complaints and initiating corrective actionsProcuring QM certificates and supplier declarationsIndependently managing inventory and stock controlCreating and developing reports (e.g., shipping data, procurement KPIs, SOX reports)Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g., product range reduction)Creating and maintaining article master dataPreparing export documents (pro forma invoices and export declarations)Participating in and being responsible for internal and external audits of the department

What your profil looks like

Completed studies or vocational training in business administration or a similar qualificationAt least 3 years of experience in procurementStrong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and negotiate complex contractsExcellent organizational skillsFluent German (spoken and written), good English skills are a plus
