Job DescriptionLead as a strategic subject matter expert for enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions, orchestrating system architecture to ensure optimal stability, availability, and performance while driving continuous enhancement initiatives.Design and implement advanced technical solutions using PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, Design Studio, and Alteryx to resolve complex system issues, transforming reactive support into proactive optimization strategies.Drive cross-functional collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and executive stakeholders to anticipate business needs and architect comprehensive BI frameworks that align with organizational objectives.Architect and implement sophisticated monitoring systems that leverage predictive analytics to identify performance issues before they impact business operations, autonomously resolving critical bottlenecks.Create and maintain authoritative documentation and knowledge management systems, establishing best practices and governance standards that scale across the organization.Design and implement robust data quality frameworks and governance protocols using SQL and Alteryx that ensure data integrity while supporting complex business intelligence requirements.Manage the prioritization matrix for enterprise-wide support requests, making autonomous decisions that balance technical requirements with business impact in accordance with SLAs.Identify and implement process automation opportunities using Power Automate and Alteryx workflows, transforming support operations and significantly reducing manual intervention.Evaluate emerging technologies and industry developments to formulate strategic recommendations that position the organization's BI capabilities for future growth and competitive advantage.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx Designer, or related technologies required.Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience architecting and optimizing enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions, in complex, multi-platform environments.Advance-level proficiency in Power BI ecosystem, including DAX, complex data modeling, and enterprise deployment strategies to deliver sophisticated analytics solutions.Advanced knowledge of Power Automate for creating complex workflow automations that integrate with multiple data systems and business processes.Strong SQL expertise including performance optimization, complex query writing, and data pipeline development across large-scale databases.Demonstrated experience with Design Studio for creating customized, enterprise-grade reporting solutions that serve diverse stakeholder needs.Advanced Alteryx skills for developing complex data preparation workflows, predictive analytics models, and automated data quality frameworks.Strategic problem-solving capabilities with proven success implementing comprehensive technical solutions that address systemic challenges across the organization.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business value and influence decision-making at management levels.Location:
