Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Patient & HCP CRM to join our team. The Specialist Patient & HCP CRM will be responsible for updating business process documents, presenting system functional demonstrations, performing functional testing, and ensuring adherence to business requirements and regulatory compliance. The Specialist will provide hands-on work and seamless coordination with onshore/offshore project managers and technical teams to gather business requirements.

Principal Responsibilities

Lead business process discovery workshops. Own and gather business requirements.

Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to facilitate requirement gathering.

Present system functional demonstrations of new enhancements and align with project stakeholders.

Perform functional testing to ensure adherence to business requirements and identify defects.

Update and maintain business process documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide compliance audit reports.

Support business stakeholders with ad hoc reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Effectiveness, Sales Training, IT, Patient Services, and Patient Marketing Services.

Manage system tickets and intakes and oversee new enhancements.

Provide client-facing support and identify product/data gaps.

Update training materials and conduct new hire training sessions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT required, MBA or Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in a related position within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry (Commercial Operations, Patient Access, Patient Support, and Patient Marketing,)

2+ years of direct experience with Salesforce and/or any other Patient CRM systems

Strong capability of driving customer workshops and interactions on system usability and functionality

Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex problems

Succeed in fast-paced, collaborative team settings with adaptability and initiative

Well-developed organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Project and vendor management experience

Mastery of platform/SaaS data models in CRM platforms

Data analysis, SQL, Excel, Power BI skills

Ability to drive operational efficiencies and flawless execution

Demonstrated success in leading partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop and enhance capabilities

Organizational Relationship/Scope:

Collaborates closely with Sales Operations and Patient Operations teams. Partner with Support vendors to address system issue and enhancements.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Currently the Company has a hybrid working model but is subject to change based upon business needs.

Pay Transparency:

The expected base pay range for this position is $73,000-$107,000. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
