Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversees centralized orderbook management system and communication related activities for omnichannel demand, ensuring timely and complete delivery through Distribution Centres. The primary objective is to achieve On Time and In Full delivery, aligning supply with priority demand in accordance with company strategy. By driving continuous process improvements, the role enhances efficiency and effectiveness in Orderbook Fulfillment operations.
Furthermore, the role plays a pivotal role in supporting supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing mutual benefits for the adidas Group and its customers. Through collaboration across functions, the Manager addresses challenges related to On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery, identifies risks and opportunities, and implements necessary actions to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) while striving for revenue generation and cost reduction
Responsibilities:
Assist in collaboration efforts with Account and Sales Operations, Customer Fulfillment and other SCM functions to understand priorities and addressing issues, risks & opportunities Support process standardization solutions across teams Assist in enabling customer deliveries against commercial requirements according to business principles and priorities Explore innovations, new practices, and process improvements within the functional area under the guidance of senior team members, seeking to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency Identify opportunities across teams to streamline processes and efficiently work towards delivering shared goals through centralized process governance and standardization Execute allocation, delivery note creation and backorder/season cleanse jobs against defined rules, schedule and monitor results Assist in developing appropriate reporting to provide insight and support effective decisions, as well as measure KPIs and drivers, taking corrective action where necessary to improve process effectiveness Monitor and maintain excellent process execution to secure integrity of input to key SCM processes, ensuring adherence to centralized process standards Validate key system/network run as scheduled Responsible for creation and distribution of operational reports Execute mass sales order updates such as rejections for dropped articles or plant changes for migrations Provide reporting transparency and analytics regarding orderbook performance, both actual/historical as well as projected performance to support decision making Review orderbook correctness ensuring data integrity for SCM systems/processes through sales order maintenance Support alignment and harmonization of Order Fulfillment processes across countries, clusters, and Distribution Centers Proactively participate in order book management solutions, evaluating existing operational processes to adapt to changes or support the development of new processes Scrutinize SOPs and system infrastructure with the goal of making continuous business improvements in line with company strategy, focusing on centralizing and standardizing process Support projects aimed at turning ideas into actions, with a focus on improving process effectiveness and efficiency Act as key tester for system upgrades and regression testing, including key user responsibilities for SAP/ Power BI testing and system functionalities Supporting the Manager Order Fulfillment in coordinating special handling for new requests Day to day interaction with stakeholder base Service delivery by agreed SLA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong service-oriented mindset and a focus on meeting consumer/customer needs in the supply chain context Team player Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges in supply chain operations Understanding of cost considerations and their impact on sales generation within the supply chain process Autonomous and independent working style Comfort with learning and utilizing internal systems and software applications specific to supply chain management Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Basic level of familiarity with SAP-AFS (SD module) Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous in a global supply chain environment
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of mandatory education level or vocational studies. Bachelor's degree is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in providing supply chain management support in the field of operations, fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
