Job Description

The Specialist in Marketing Solutions will be instrumental in crafting and implementing marketing strategies to elevate our brand, products, and services. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to boost brand visibility, connect with target audiences, and foster business growth. The Specialist will report to the Engagement Team, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with the company's annual event calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals.Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.Assist in the creation of content for digital and print media, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.Coordinate with the engagement team and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities based on a yearly calendar event.Track and report on key marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Canva, and social media platforms.Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Must have a car and a valid driving license. (Preferred)
