JBS Pursuits Knowledge Management Specialist (APAC)

Location: Gurugram

Shift timing: 9AM – 6PM

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to lead our APAC Knowledge Management Function. In this role, you'll be responsible for organising, maintaining, and optimising our regional knowledge assets to support business operations across region, with a particular focus on curating proposal content for the Leasing Advisory business line.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for each of APAC.Build effective relationships with information gatekeepers (local Pursuits Leads, JBS Bid CoE team, broader JBS KM team, and Leasing Research teams) to acquire essential content, templates, and data while ensuring these partners maintain accountability for content accuracy, design consistency, proper tagging, and overall quality standards.Curate and maintain high-quality local, regional and global pitch materials, capability statements and company information for APAC Leasing Advisory.Manage APAC Pursuits’ central content repository, ensuring templates and baseline responses remain current and effective. Identify and incorporate unique content from completed bids to continuously enhance proposal resources, creating a "single source of truth" document library.Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC to develop and update critical content including CVs, track records, case studies, and company informationDevelop, own, execute and continuously improve processes and protocols to ensure that materials within the KM platforms are accurate and up to date.Lead knowledge sharing initiatives through coaching, training workshops, and best practice facilitationCreate robust reporting mechanisms that track and analyse key content usage metrics, providing actionable insights through regular, well-structured reports.Partner with Design team to create JLL-branded business line templatesDrive continuous process improvements to deliver higher productivity and increased efficiency.Integrate AI solutions into knowledge management processes to automate routine tasks and improve overall efficiency.

Key Requirements

8-10 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferredProven experience leading global KM programs and working with senior leadershipIn-depth knowledge of KM practices and technologies, particularly SharePoint, including content management experience in creating lists/libraries/sitesA proactive strategy development mindset. We would like the candidate to develop and implement a vision for the Knowledge Management function that anticipates and addresses evolving business needs.Strong analytical mindset with ability to navigate business ambiguityExceptional communication, both written and verbal, as well as strong influencing skillsAttention to detail with excellent editing, proof reading and quality control capabilityMicrosoft Office proficiencyCopywriting experience
